    Taste these, and you'll understand when Gesine says she has a sweet tooth. This recipe makes A LOT of cookies! Says to cut into 16 bars; I cut them smaller into 50-60 bars. (It's a half sheet pan!) Came together quickly. I measured the 4 cups of cookie base but had to use more from the set-aside topping; did not notice less on the topping. Cut easily with a bench knife and released easily. Quite sweet, which is why I cut them smaller. Would be great for a bake sale, cookie platter or potluck/party. Will make again - low effort, high return.
