    Can substitute pea sprouts, baby spinach, or baby arugula for pea shoots; and soy sauce for tamari.

    The tempeh was delicious from its marinade & the broccoli was also crunchy & tasty. I had to substitute shredded lettuce for peashoots. Salsa macha is not available in the UK & there were so many different, confusing recipes online that in the end I just added ancho chilli powder, garlic powder, sesame seeds & lime juice.
