Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    For some reason, many of the cranberries floated up and baked into the cake. Also, my butter/sugar mixture didn't dissolve on the top-- there was visible sugar granules once I turned it over. Maybe didn't caramelize enough? But people seemed to enjoy, I would try making it again. (Made for Xmas Eve)

    Perfect sweet/tart balance. The cake was really light yet buttery. Another reason to love cranberries
