    Has some trouble while blind baking the crust, but that's on me (slumping sides: don't shortcut the chill after shaping and use ALL your pie weights). The pie is delicious and manages not to taste too sweet thanks to the tang from the buttermilk. It isn't a looker but our guests enjoyed it. I liked it best cold the next day.
