Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a mild tasting apple cake with a lot of coconut to give it a nice texture and flavor. I didn't have apple jelly- or any other jam that seemed to go with the flavors- so I didn't glaze it and that seemed fine. Overall, this is decent but I like her other apple cake (the Marie Helene cake) much more and generally prefer more spice/flavor so I'm not sure it will make it into our regular rotation.
