Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made these to test out an air frying oven basket in a convection oven. Both the recipe and the convection oven air frying worked great. The cutlets came out perfectly moist with a crisp outside. I used previously homemade bread crumbs rather than panko, but they were coarse crumbs from crusty, rustic bread.
