    Marinate the ribs up to two days ahead. Can substitute Creole seasoning for Cajun seasoning and hot paprika for sweet paprika.

    The recipe works very well and the rib meat fall off the bone, but the real star of the show is the homemade barbecue sauce. Great recipe.
