    I made this yesterday for the first time and had it for breakfast this morning -- drank it out of a mug. Absolutely delicious! It would make a great stock for vegetarian/vegan soups and even those with meat. Right now I plan to just drink it on its own because it's so healthful and really tasty. And yes, as AOski says, it requires a huge pot. My stockpots are in storage right now, so I had to divide it between two pots as well.

    You'll need a VERY big pot to pull this off. To make sure I have room I split the recipe evenly between two 8 quart pots.
