    Simple, delicious butternut squash dish. The spices and sweetening for a smallish butternut were subtle, just enough to enhance the flavor of the squash. Instead of putting the cooked squash in the FP, I just mashed it with my big pastry fork and it was good that way, but it would probably be lighter and creamier done as instructed in the recipe.
