    Can substitute honey for maple syrup and nutmeg for mace.

    Made this with local King Salmon. The gremolata was pungent and paired well with the salmon. It was a bit watery from the prepared horseradish however. If I make this again, I will try fresh horseradish. We had lots of leftover gremolata which I stirred into orzo the following night. That was a winner!
