    Had high hopes for this as we love lentils and kshell's review was so positive. Followed the recipe exactly as written. This was a major disappointment. Bland and stodgy. Roasting the mushrooms was interesting and I may do that again, but definitely not making this dish again.

    Loved everything about this. A superb one-pot vegetarian dish for winter.
