    I added chopped preserved lemon instead of lemon juice. Yummy

    I made this for dinner last night and it was pretty easy and tasty. I used half and half instead of coconut milk to lower the saturated fat and I think it turned out fine. It may have curdled a tiny bit, but no worse than reheating cream sauce leftovers. If I made it again, I may wait until it’s out of the oven to add the lemon juice.
