    In place of skewers I made this following her tray bake instructions & just cut my smallish chicken thighs in 1/2. No zucchini on hand so upped the onion and used a larger amount of R, Y & O peppers . We started with flatbreads, layering tzatziki (with added feta), chopped romaine and lastly the chicken/veg mix. Very, very good.

    I’m giving this 5 stars for the chicken marinade! The veggies were good too but the chicken tasted like our local greek spot. Also made this on the blackstone instead of skewers and turned it into to greek bowls.
