Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We enjoyed this saucy pork tenderloin spooned over her roasted garlic mashed potatoes BUT next time I will likely cut back on the chicken broth (and/or up the mustard & maple syrup) for a more powerful flavour punch/thicker sauce. This is an easy idea worth playing with.
