Can substitute vegan sour cream for vegan yogurt, and gluten-free flour for all-purpose flour. You may use the Baking and culinary butter (82%) recipe on p. 70, and any of the vegan yogurt recipes on p. 79 to p. 93 or the Lovely sour cream recipe on p. 74. You may use the leftover milk pulp from making any of the vegan milk recipes on p. 44 to p. 54.
