Can substitute red chile powder or cayenne pepper for dried arbol chiles, ground cloves for whole cloves, ground cinnamon for cinnamon sticks, ground nutmeg for whole nutmeg, coconut milk for coconut cream, and jalapeño chiles for green finger chiles.
