Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very nice, standard-issue sour cream coffee cake. I made minor changes: used walnuts instead of pecans, upped the vanilla from 1/2 to 1 tsp and added 1/2 tsp salt. Goes together fast. Nice to be able to make a smaller coffee cake without having to halve a recipe myself. One note to remember: I think the finished cake needs more than 10 minutes to cool and set before removing it from the pan with the parchment sling - it seemed to buckle as I was doing that but doesn't seem to have suffered too much damage. Even so, no need to risk it.
