Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I love this concept. I don’t really like bacon, so I usually make the frittata with cherry tomatoes, spinach, and Brie (from a frittata recipe I’ve used in the past.) The largest tortillas I can find (Goya burrito) don’t quite wrap the frittata pieces completely, but it still works. This is another of my favorites from this book.
