    I enjoyed this way more than I expected. I'm not usually an arugula fan and I was worried the chicken would be too plain. I was wrong on both points. The chicken is simple but I absolutely would not call it pain. That salad made me an arugula fan! I made some lemon pepper roasted potatoes with it.
