    If your family loves Caesar salad and you want to change it up, this is the recipe for you! My 11 y/o helped me make it and had fun doing it! A few tips: 1. Be sure to cut the broccoli stalks thin. A few of mine were too thick and ended up being too crunchy. 2. We salted the breadcrumbs just a bit before serving. Also, at the 2 minute mark, our first batch of breadcrumbs burned, so watch them carefully! 3. We did not use anchovies. We still felt like the dressing tasted authentically Caesar! 4. I used half of a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken We will definitely be adding this recipe to our rotation!
