    Can substitute honey barbecue sauce for banana ketchup, shoyu for fish sauce, red chile flakes for gochugaru pepper flakes, and a mixture of mozzarella cheese or Jack cheese and mild cheddar cheese for Colby Jack cheese.

    Tbf it wasnt as sweet as what I expected from a Filipino Spaghetti recipe if you follow it as is. I still thought it was great! Had to add more condensed milk and then it just reminded me of the spaghetti I grew up having.
