    So, so delicious! Easy to put together. Great for a weeknight dinner.

    I used chicken leg quarters that I separated into drums and thighs. Overall, really good recipe. Makes a lot of extra braising broth that is delicious that makes me wonder if it could be good simmering liquid for something like potatoes, too. Would repeat!
