Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

Oh my, this is so good and so easy. I love the holy oil on pizza too. In fact, it’s so multipurpose I recommend making half a litre at a time. And the mollica is equally delicious and multipurpose. I could not hold back on adding sage leaves to the breadcrumbs though. So much better, quicker (and cheaper) than take-out.
