Cold peanut noodles with pickled radish and caramelized tempeh from The 29-Minute Vegan: Real Food, Real Vibes, Anytime (page 117) by Isa Chandra Moskowitz

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Can substitute udon noodles for soba noodles, romaine lettuce for iceberg lettuce, and toasted tan sesame seeds for black sesame seeds.

I did not make this in 29 minutes, though to be fair I didn’t do everything in the order specified by the recipe. Despite the number of components here, it was fairly simple and didn’t take very long. I didn’t have enough marinade to pour it over the tempeh after I put it on the sheet pan - it soaked up everything while in the bowl. I wonder if I cut it too thinly so there was more surface area to soak it up? The tempeh still came out well. I’d prefer soba noodles to udon, but my store didn’t have them; otherwise, I thought this was pretty good.
