    I made this for Easter as well. It was a lot of effort for average potato casserole. I did like the different types of potatoes included. However, I don't think I'd make this again.

    I made this as a side dish for Easter. It was creamy and decadant in a good way. The shredded potato topping was more interesting than the roasted crumbs I've used in other recipes. I did wish there was a little more of it.
