    Can substitute bone-in skin-on chicken thighs for bone-in skin-on chicken breasts, chicken stock for vegetable stock, and seedless black grapes for seedless red grapes.

    This was SO GOOD! The grapes were addicting, never cooked with spiced grapes before so this was a revelation! Chicken was also great too! I couldnt find fresh thyme so I used dried and still turned out well.

    Very easy recipe with minimal prep. Used chicken thighs and added more grapes than the recipe had. Agree with earlier comments to cook the grapes for longer than the recipe states.

    This is a great weeknight option! It is delicious and very low effort. I roasted the grapes for 30 minutes instead of 15.
