Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a very tasty soup. I subbed in a tablespoon of canned green chili for the red and used vanilla yogurt for the vanilla extract with the half and half cream. The chili and curry powder gave it nice undertones and heat, and the pureed spinach and lentils made a wonderful smooth mouthfeel. Definitely a repeater.
