Can substitute fresh red chilli for dried chilli flakes, pak choi or baby leaf spinach for chard, tamari for soy sauce, white shiro miso or vegetable bouillon powder for brown miso, cider vinegar for rice vinegar, brown rice noodles for wholewheat noodles, and limes for lemons.
