    Didn’t have pine nuts so used left over seeds and nuts from muesli. Used all 00 flour as that’s all I had and easy blend yeast. Looks great! Tastes even better. Top tip: While still warm, pour over more evoo. Had it for supper, stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella. Beyond delicious! Best and simplest schiacciata I’ve ever made!
