    This has been a family favorite for over a decade. It comes together quickly and tastes good every time, even with pre-shredded cheese.

    This is our family go-to (me and my teens). We make it a couple times a month...ultimate comfort food. We vary the cheese based on what's on hand...we've used ricotta, cottage cheese, cheddar, monteray jack...anything really. And we've used different noodles if no macaroni on hand, but that's rare. Easy, 30 minutes and done, one pan. Fabulous!
