    This worked out in the end but did require an extra chilling step so it could be whipped to firm peaks once the chocolate-cream mixture was added to the whipped cream. It had a strong white chocolate flavour and set up well while retaining its light, creamy texture. I used it as filling in a chocolate roulade.
