    This was good and puffed up in a cool way. For me, it was a bit too buttery and definitely don’t need 3 T of powdered sugar. 1 was more than enough.

    Loved this recipe! Pretty easy and not too sweet. A blender worked well for the batter.

    This is a great recipe for a relatively easy brunch dish. I've been making this for years and everybody loves it. It's not too sweet and yummy from the caramelized apples.
