    Made for a LILY dinner. I loved the peppers when I took them out of the marinade. However, I wasn't impressed with the bean spread. It needed something more, so I added a big spoonful of tahini, which made it just okay. I could have also cut back on the amount of aquafaba. When I put the spread and the peppers together of the bread, it was so delicious. After a few bites, I realized I forgot to put on the chopped green onions. Glad I remembered as they made the dish even better. Had enough marinated peppers left over to use as a hot dog topping next day. Delish!
