Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I didn't like the flavor or the texture of this one, and Rachael Ray is usually so reliable. The rice was still a little too hard. I normally always use a 2:1 water: rice ratio, but her recipe only called for 1 3/4 cups of chicken broth (the contents of a 14.5 oz can). I'll probably never make this one again, but if I did I would add an additional 1/4 cup of water. (Also, I had to use dried dill, as the fresh dill in my produce bin had gone bad.)
