    Interesting. Different from the usual flavor profile I'm used to with butternut squash or pumpkin soup - the sage and potatoes add a unique taste. I'm not sure I'd rush to make it again vs. more spicy/curry-flavored soups that I'm used to, but it's comforting for this time of year.
