    My favorite coleslaw. I’m not a fan of creamy or sweet coleslaws, but definitely a fan of this one. Perfect balance of vinegary with just the slightest, barely there bit of sweetness. Refreshing, crunchy, super easy. Best when freshly chilled, but holds up well in the fridge.
