Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I’ve never cooked celery like this (only in soups). The sauce and the celery in this was spectacular. I only had skinless boneless chicken breast-this really needs the skin and the thighs would be perfect here. Not having vermouth, I used white wine and mixed it with 2 T of arrow root. I will make this again.
