    We loved this. It was cooked on a higher temperature by mistake, so ours was darker than the recommended honey-coloured. We added a small squeeze of lemon to avoid an excess of creamy flavours. Next time, we may up the mustardyness or more lemon (maybe our mustard is milder than his). For us, a revelation in deliciousness for a vegetable that can be quite dull.
