Spicy orange chicken from Stir-Frying to the Sky's Edge: The Ultimate Guide to Mastery, with Authentic Recipes and Stories (page 119) by Grace Young

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Many of the same comments as the below reviews... Some liked it others not so much. For us the teenager liked it but the adults thought it needed something. As specified the tomato was interesting but the teenager wanted less spice. Couldn't really taste the ginger. Not sure we will do again.

We made a recipe and a half and it served 4 with rice. I thought the tuante fjsbour svd spicing was quite nice and the addition of the tomato makes for a saucier than average stir fry which was nice. Less popular with the kiddo who isn’t keen on tomato but liked by the adults. Interesting there is a fair bit of ginger but it didn’t come though as much as I’d like. Perhaps a touch more.

This is very tasty. Would like more orange flavor though.
