Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Could never find saffron (thank you Indian/Middle Eastern grocers!) or dried porcini mushrooms when I tried to make this which is probably why I could never successfully prepare though both of which are much easier to locate (I don't recommend trying to substitute the porcini with another variety of dried mushrooms).
