    The sweet potatoes were decidedly not sweet, with tartness from the lime, which balanced the marshmallow topping nicely. The sweet potato mixture did need more salt, and I'd skip the cinnamon next time.

    This was a great rendition of what can be a divisive dish. I liked it! Nigella has you individually wrap sweet potatoes to roast. I made the purée in advance with 7 medium sweet potatoes (which I think was only 4 lb not the 7 called for — that’s high). The next day I warmed it up in saucepan and that helped reduce the extra liquid. We carefully spread marshmallows on the top and accidentally baked it at 450, instead of 425. We caught it just in time! 15 min? The marshmallows had melted into a shatteringly crisp layer. The lime is imperceptible but very good here.
