    This was good, for our taste the dressing needed more ‘punch’ would probably use Dijon instead of whole grain next time. We also added finely sliced red onions and a few new potatoes to bulk the salad out. Didn’t pop the beans as we like them in their jackets and, of course, dressed the beans & potatoes when they were hot as then they really drink up the flavours.

    Husband made this for Xmas day 2016. He made a big effort cooking from some of Donna Hays books. Preparing several meals to cater for peoples dietary needs. This he adapted slightly by the addition of some fresh peas to the broad beans as we happened to have some.
