    A very nice lentil soup - the orange and ginger flavors work very well together. As written, the flavors from the clove and coriander are extremely subtle (or maybe I need some fresh spices!). I like their flavor and now use 2 cloves and a heaping 1/4 teaspoon of coriander seed. I'll also use up to 3x the amount of orange zest specified. Freezes well.
