    I really enjoy this recipe and have repeated it several times. I like a nice flavourful piece pf sourdough or Italian bread underneath - cook's treat.

    I love this recipe. I add 5 or 6 drumsticks to the pot as well to serve to the kids. Delicious

    This is simple to put together and yields a flavorful peasant style dish. I personally wouldn't bother with the bread as it gets a bit soppy. I put a bit of the roasted garlic in to my pan gravy. The veggies are very nice. With a regular 3 lb chicken this serves 3.

    Simple, but I love the addition of the bread on the bottom of the pot. A staple weeknight meal.
