Lemon curd from Around My French Table: More Than 300 Recipes from My Home to Yours (page 507) by Dorie Greenspan

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is such a quick recipe to make lemon curd. Uses whole eggs. I was afraid I would get little bits of egg white but the curd is nice and clean and has a nice consistency. Definitely a keeper.

Glad I stumbled across this, as Vanessa pointed out, it’s missing in the physical book index. Dorie states it’s a bit less finicky than many curd recipes, because it uses whole eggs rather than yolks, and I found that to be true. I think this will replace my prior go to lemon curd recipe.

Try to find THIS in the index - HA! It is on page 507 in my edition.
