Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Good to use if you have a glut of courgettes (zucchini). I used a rather over-grown one as it is chopped up in the recipe. The other ingredients are all store-cupboard, I used Cheddar cheese instead of Gruyere. The cooking time seems a bit long particularly if you are using a fan oven so keep an eye on it towards the end so it doesn't over-brown.
