Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was such a nice change from our usual (somewhat boring) cod preparations. Loved the peperonata. Used 2 cod filets but made the full amount of vegetables/sauce and served with roasted potatoes. I cut the salt in half which was a mistake - with all of the vegetables and the "no salt added" tomatoes that I used, it needed more. Don't skip the drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar at the end. Will definitely make this again.
