    The five pound bag of clams I get from Costco is two meals for me and my husband, and after making some version of steamed clams I'm always looking for something interesting to use up the rest. I've been making a lot of dinner salads due to the heat and this one was really nice. I've got a full herb garden which made the dressing extra fresh tasting.
