Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was okay. I'm going to use the extra vinaigrette on salads this week. I think I'll try the recipe for Cucumber Salad with Creme Fraiche Dressing from this same book next time.
