Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Pg. 108. This is a basic stir-fry recipe that results in a reasonable facsimile of an Asian stir-fry. Not spicy. I made several adjustments: Instead of cooking chicken breasts specifically for the recipe I used the remains of a cooked rotisserie chicken, and omitted the snow peas - instead I slivered a large purple onion. I included 3 garlic cloves, crushed red pepper flakes, and chopped scallions for garnish. Also served was a chopped salad with a Vietnamese dressing, and steamed brown basmati rice. Great meal!
